1,A proper installation
(1) Power Supply voltage: voltage fluctuations should be controlled within
10% to meet the national standards, or certain centrifuges of some manufacturers
is unable to function. If the voltage fluctuation beyond this standard,it is
recommended to use voltage regulator for the power line.  (2) Secure
earth line: the power lines in the room should come up to the requirements. Our
country carries out three-phase four-wire APF.The most important point is earth
lines should be reliable,in order to avoid leakage, and the ground should never
be connected to the heat pipe, water pipe. (3)Plain and fixed ground: for
large centrifuge, the floor at the installation site should be firm to ensure
normal operation of centrifuge's rotors.(4) Finding a good level: getting a
small but accurate horizontal scale, opening the lid of centrifuge, looking at the level on spindle, and
fixing the level by adjusting the adjustable bolts next to the four castors to
find a good level.Attention, none of the castors can be void.

2,Finding a good balance  Centrifuges have been equiped with a
balance system in the design and manufacture for the inbalance caused by errors
of rotors processing.Any centrifuges have a  capacity of compromising the
imbalance. In order to compete with other manufacturers in this compromising
imbalance capacity,centrifuge manufacturers
often try to offer a large value, where the centrifuge can work but,at the same
time, the unbalanced force shocks spindle by the frequency of n times per
minute,it's great harm to centrifuge. Therefore,it's very good for the
centrifuge's life that trying to find a good balance and then start
centrifugation.

3,Cleaning water up in centrifugal chamber When the centrifuge
is operating, refrigeration function affects on the air moisture and will make it
into frost in the centrifugal chamber. When the operation finised, frost melts
into water. Most foreign low-speed large-capacity centrifuge with no drainage
hole, and water in centrifugal chamber would accumulate more and more. At this

time, the users should remove the rotors on their own, clean water up. Here is a
point, when reinstall the rotor, you must installe it properly to avoid the
accident.

4,Aluminum without corrosion Centrifuge rotor generally is
made of aluminum, when the intensity decreased by corrosion, it is prone to
accidents.Aluminum easily is corroded by liquid, users should dry it after
washing, or reverse it for a while. You can't use it again unless you're sure the
rotor is dry. Some imported blood centrifuges do not have the 6 plastic
holders, which should be included into the 6 aluminum cups. Blood bags should be
placed on plastic holders, not directly on the aluminum cup. Please note whether
there is cracks on tube. If the tube (especially the repeated used ones) has
cracks, it can never be use, or the test tube ruptured in use will cause the
rotor lost balance, and lead to a fatal accident such as broken shaft.

5,axes failure
Centrifuges are running while rotors are not placed well or the sample
is of severe imbalance, although modern imported centrifuges are with imbalanced
protection, that is, when the imbalance exceeds a certain limitation it should
automatically power off, so makes the centrifuge stop working. However, in these
circumstances, it was too late, here will be serious accidents. One of them is
axes failure, due to sudden axes broken in high-speed rotation, the centrifugal
rotor with no support will universally spinning and rattling in the centrifugal
chamber and that will make centrifuge machine turn in 270 degree. At this point,
if there's staff or equipment, they will result in casualties and destruction of
equipment accidents.
